About Our Close-Knit Family

Where it All Began

First, we'll tell you how it all started. We were having a family game night (guys vs girls) when the guys incorrectly answered a question about socks with Goldie Socks. A light bulb went off. We immediately checked to see if the domain was available, and when it was, we got started right away.

From Our Family to Yours

So who are the feet behind Goldie Socks? We are founded by a mother/daughter duo with the tremendous support of the whole family. We are people serious about design but not so much everything else!

Kara is our co-founder and our main source of quirkiness. She's also the lead designer. Rita is our other co-founder and mom. How can you have a business selling to families without the head of our family!

The two ladies make a perfect pair to make perfect pairs of socks. We hope you like wearing our socks as much as we like making them!
